Jason has worked with athletes from all backrounds from Irish Dancing, Basketball, Swimming, Rugby, Australian Football League, Golf, Tennis, Soccer, Hurling, Camogie, Athletics, Horse Riding, MMA, etc.
The principle for all athletes remains the same, assess the postural balance through the kinetic chain, strengthen the weak link muscle groups, then finally strengthen the whole body as one unit to allow you to perform at your maximum capacity.
