At JT's All Star Fitness structural balance strength training is a method to correct muscular and mechanical imbalances in the body by ensuring opposing muscle groups like the left and right sides of the body are equally strong.

Jason will assess, identify what muscle groups to strengthen, which prevents an muscle/ mechanical imbalance creating a future injury.

You will learn how to lift weights with excellent technique, increase your overall strength, balance and athletic performance.
